At Casa De Spices, we carefully select and pack our products to provide you with the best possible experience. Because we primarily sell food, spices, pantry products and snacks, returns are handled with food safety and product quality in mind.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

 

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the product and packaging

Your name and contact information

After reviewing your request, we will determine the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund, where applicable.

 

Food & Grocery Products

For health and safety reasons, opened, used or consumed food products generally cannot be returned or exchanged.

Unopened products may only be eligible for return where permitted by applicable law and at the discretion of Casa De Spices.

Please check the product’s ingredients, allergens, weight, storage instructions and other product information before purchasing.

 

Change of Mind

If you simply change your mind after purchasing a food product, we may not be able to accept the return due to food safety requirements.

If you have not yet received your order and would like to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not already been processed or dispatched.

 

Refunds

If a refund is approved, we will confirm the amount and applicable refund method with you.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the original payment method and payment provider.

 

Delivery Issues

If you are unavailable when your order is delivered or provide an incorrect delivery address, additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply.
